Overview
These Terms of Service set out the administrative and legal framework for accessing and using the lovuzcimab web environment and associated topology artifacts. The terms apply to all users of the site and to requestors of structured artifacts. The environment is provided for neutral analytical inspection, reproducible representation, and structured artifact access under documented governance. Users are expected to interact with artifacts and representations in accordance with the described scope and with any access agreements that may accompany distributed materials. The terms describe permitted uses, intellectual property provisions, data handling references, limitations on liability, and procedures for dispute resolution and governing law. They are intended to create a clear administrative baseline for artifact access and site interactions while preserving the neutral, descriptive nature of the topology environment.
Access and permitted use
Access to the site and to topology artifacts is provided subject to these terms and to any additional access governance documentation that may accompany specific datasets or artifacts. Permitted uses include neutral inspection, reproducible analysis, and structured research activities consistent with the provenance metadata and any stated restrictions. Users must not circumvent technical controls, attempt unauthorized access, or remove provenance and specification metadata from distributed artifacts. When formal artifact access is requested and granted, recipients may be required to accept a data sharing agreement that limits redistribution, requires attribution of provenance, and specifies permitted analytical uses. Any commercial redistribution requires a separate agreement. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of artifacts and representations complies with applicable laws and with the documented constraints that accompany each artifact. Administrative actions such as revocation of access or modification of artifact terms may occur under documented governance procedures to preserve provenance integrity and administrative control.
Content and intellectual property
All content on the site, including schematic diagrams, adjacency descriptors, path schemas, redistribution matrices, and accompanying documentation, is owned or licensed by Lovuzcimab Research LLC unless otherwise noted. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use content for permitted analytical purposes as described in these terms or in any data sharing agreement. Reuse, modification, or public redistribution of content beyond permitted scope requires express written permission. Where artifacts incorporate third-party materials, licensing and attribution requirements are documented with the artifact. Users who extract, derive, or otherwise generate derivative works from distributed artifacts must preserve provenance metadata and include attribution statements as specified. Intellectual property rights in any user-submitted material to the site remain with the submitter, but submission of materials for artifact access may require limited, non-exclusive rights to reproduce the submission for administrative processing and for provenance documentation. The organization enforces IP terms where necessary to maintain provenance integrity and to respect third-party licensing obligations.
Data handling and privacy
Data collected in administrative interactions and artifact access requests is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at /privacy/. Relevant categories of information include contact identifiers, organization affiliation when provided, request metadata, and technical logs. The Privacy Policy describes collection purposes, retention principles, sharing limits, and procedures for exercising rights such as access and correction where applicable. When artifacts are shared, provenance metadata documenting assumptions, constraints, and intended analytical scope accompanies the artifact. Identifying information is minimized where practicable and archived or removed in accordance with retention schedules. Users requesting artifact access should consult the Privacy Policy and, if necessary, coordinate with the administrative contact to ensure that shared datasets meet provenance and privacy requirements. Processing of administrative data is limited to governance, artifact distribution, security, and compliance purposes as stated in the privacy documentation.
Liability and disclaimers
The site and distributed artifacts are provided for neutral analytical inspection and reproducible representation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lovuzcimab Research LLC disclaims all express and implied warranties regarding the site and artifacts, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Users accept that artifacts represent formal models and documented assumptions; artifact provision does not constitute advisory or consultative services. The organization does not assume liability for decisions made by third parties using provided artifacts or representations. To the extent liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, any liability of the organization is limited to direct damages up to the amount, if any, actually paid by the user to Lovuzcimab Research LLC for access to the specific artifact within the prior twelve months. Indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted. These provisions are administrative risk-management measures intended to align with the neutral, descriptive nature of the topology environment and do not purport to limit statutory rights where they cannot be lawfully restricted.
